We were pleased to welcome Quantum Theatre for a performance of The Night Before Christmas today. Let the festivities begin!

Next week we will be exploring bullying with children across the school in an age appropriate way. We will be using resources from the anti-bullying alliance website and will start with ‘odd socks day’ on Monday.

The PTA is raining vital funds for the school through this year’s 5k. If you haven’t done it yet, you can sign up at hu5k.org. Follow the pumpkins and get your medal at the village shop!

We recently celebrated the important season of harvest. Each class shared something they had prepared with the rest of the school. We were able to sing harvest songs, hear harvest prayers and see some food related art work. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the food bank appeal.

Well done and thank you to all children, parents and teachers for a fantastic day today. It was great to see classrooms full once again with children ready to learn. We look forward to seeing this continue over the coming weeks.

We are currently making plans for the full reopening of school to all children in September. Families will receive detailed information about this by email during the final week of the school holidays.

We’ve had an amazing first week back with our Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 children. Well done and thank you to all for your positivity and for adapting to a new approach. We hope to welcome more children back soon.

We will be open to all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 6 from Monday 1st June. Children from key worker families can also attend. We look forward to welcoming you back.
