There is a 3 week menu which changes several times during the school year. There are always two options for children to choose from each day along with Jacket potatoes or a baguette. Children may choose to have fruit or yoghurt instead of a cooked pudding.
Meals adhere to the Red Tractor Food standards and those set out by the Soil Association. If your child has any allergies please see the attached form to complete. Payment is made via schoolcomms, please see the details below.
Free school meals
Parents and carers can now apply for free school meals online via the Citizen Portal, using the link below. Your eligibility will be checked online and the portal will let you know whether your child is eligible for free school meals. If your child is eligible you will receive a confirmation message and the school will be notified directly. If you are not eligible you will be presented with a message stating this.
Fresh milk
Fresh milk is available daily to your child at our school through a scheme set up jointly by the Local Education Authority, and School Milk Services Limited. The milk is subsidised in part from EC funding and is available to all children aged from five to eleven years old. Milk is free for those children in Reception until their 5th birthday.
School Milk Services offer milk for less than £2 per week for a 189ml carton of semi-skimmed at the morning break period. The method of payment for this scheme is in advance. To register please follow https://www.schoolmilkservices.co.uk/parent/p_registernew.php 01934 510950.
Healthy Snack
Children may bring in a healthy snack in the form of fresh fruit for morning break.
